By accessing or using Guardian Muslim Marriage, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service, and all applicable legal frameworks governing online interactions. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in immediate corrective actions, including but not limited to warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or legal recourse where applicable.

 

These guidelines apply to all users, including individuals actively seeking connections, appointed guardians, third parties interacting through the platform, and any other relevant stakeholders.

 

2. 2. GENERAL CONDUCT & EXPECTATIONS

Misleading profiles, fabricated credentials, and identity fraud will be subject to immediate corrective action.

 

• Respect & Civil Interaction: Communication on Guardian Muslim Marriage must remain respectful and considerate. Users must not engage in harassment, bullying, intimidation, or coercive conduct in any form. This includes but is not limited to verbal abuse, derogatory comments, or threats made via any communication channels associated with the platform.

 

• Prohibition of Explicit or Inappropriate Content: Guardian Muslim Marriage is a platform designed for meaningful connections. The dissemination of explicit, sexually suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. Public profiles must remain devoid of nudity, sexual content, or any form of solicitation.

Any behavior that violates legal provisions including fraud, human trafficking, illicit financial transactions, and data breaches will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Any breach of confidentiality whether by disseminating private discussions or using privileged information for unauthorized purposes will result in corrective measures, including potential removal from the platform.

 

• Guardians & Community Compliance: Guardians must act in accordance with the broader Guardian Muslim Marriage Community Guidelines. Any guardian found to be engaging in harassment, misconduct, or abuse of authority will be subject to immediate action, including potential disqualification from the platform.

 

4. 4. USER SAFETY & DATA PROTECTION

 

 

• Protection of Personal Information: Users are prohibited from publicly broadcasting personal contact details, including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, residential locations, and financial details. Any request for such information must occur within a controlled and secure environment.

 

• Prohibition of Financial Exploitation: Users must not request, demand, or solicit financial contributions, gifts, or monetary transfers from other users. Any suspected cases of financial exploitation, fraud, or manipulation will be thoroughly investigated.

 

• Privacy & Confidentiality: Users must respect the confidentiality of private conversations. The unauthorized dissemination, screenshotting, or external sharing of private exchanges without explicit consent constitutes a serious violation of privacy and may result in legal action.

 

• Reporting & Redressal Mechanism: Guardian Muslim Marriage provides a robust reporting system to address grievances. Users are encouraged to report any instances of misconduct, fraudulent behavior, or violations of these guidelines through official channels.

 

5. 5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

 

• Hate Speech & Discrimination: Any form of discrimination, hate speech, or incitement of violence based on race, ethnicity, gender, religious beliefs, disability, or nationality is strictly prohibited. This applies to all public and private interactions within Guardian Muslim Marriage.

 

• Impersonation & Fraud: Users must not impersonate other individuals, organizations, or misrepresent their affiliations. This includes catfishing, the use of manipulated images, and identity theft.

• Unsolicited Contact & Stalking: Engaging in unsolicited or repeated contact with other users after being unmatched, blocked, or explicitly declined is considered harassment and will be met with appropriate action.

 

• Child Sexual Exploitation & Protection of Minors: Absolutely no tolerance for content or conduct involving the sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, or endangerment of minors. Any attempt to solicit, distribute, or create content that involves minors in a sexual, abusive, or exploitative manner will result in immediate reporting to law enforcement and permanent expulsion from Guardian Muslim Marriage.

 

• Harassment, Bullying, and Threats: Harassment, intimidation, or coercion of any form, including stalking, doxxing, blackmail, and persistent unwelcome advances, is strictly prohibited.

 

• Privacy Violations & Data Protection: Users may not share, distribute, or expose private, personal, or sensitive information about others without explicit consent. Posting screenshots, messages, or confidential content from private conversations without consent is a breach of privacy policies.

Guardian Muslim Marriage reserves the right to take immediate action against any user, guardian, or third party found in violation of these guidelines. The severity of consequences will be determined based on the nature and recurrence of violations, including but not limited to:

 

• Verbal and/or Written Warnings: For minor infractions.
• Temporary Suspension: A period of restricted access, subject to review.
• Permanent Ban: Immediate and irreversible removal from the platform.
• Legal Action: Where applicable, legal measures will be pursued, including but not limited to the involvement of law enforcement agencies.

 

6. 7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS & COMMUNITY RESPONSIBILITY

 

Users play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the Guardian Muslim Marriage community. If you witness a violation of these guidelines, we encourage you to report it promptly through our platform. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality, and appropriate measures will be taken to address concerns.

Users are also reminded that false reporting, malicious claims, or attempts to manipulate enforcement mechanisms constitute a breach of community trust and may result in sanctions.
